Our workout training split comprises of 5 days a week. There are weeks when we make it 6 for extra cardio and smaller muscle groups. 5 days a week allows for proper recovery in each muscle group and allows higher intensity sessions as the focus on each muscle group is spaced out. This is our training schedule for you it will differ in as we customize it to your goals. Weight loss is a different program to strength. Your goal will guide us on the best program for you
